Invisible castle
In Invisible Castle, I photographed my three great-uncles, using the layout techniques of a photobook to create a utopian world where clothing choices are free from the constraints of stereotypes. This work aims to explore the psychological state of contemporary Chinese elderly regarding their clothing choices and their underlying dissatisfaction with the patriarchal system, advocating for the liberation of their independent and free-thinking spirit.
